3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Credits & Purchases

• Credits are a virtual currency used exclusively within xCasinoCompare, valued at 1 credit = $1 USD.
• Credits are for entertainment purposes only and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to other users, or refunded.
• All credit purchases are final and processed securely through Stripe.
• We reserve the right to modify credit pricing or availability at any time.

5. Grab the Pot Contests

Grab the Pot prediction contests are offered strictly for entertainment purposes. Please play responsibly and only spend what you can comfortably afford.

• Each prediction pot has an entry fee (5–20 credits) and a pool cap (default 1,000 credits).
• You may submit multiple entries per pot; each entry costs the stated fee.
• The single closest guess to the actual outcome wins. In the event of a tie, the prize pool is split equally among tied winners.
• Winners receive 70–85% of the pot in Visa e-gift cards; a site fee is deducted.
• Entries close automatically when the pool reaches its cap or when the stated deadline passes.
• Prediction contests are games of entertainment and do not constitute gambling, investment advice, or financial services.
• We reserve the right to void or settle any pot at our discretion if irregularities are detected.
